40+ years of
Innovation

Fred Krieger entered the textile business in the 1950s. With his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, he co-founded M. H. Lazarus & Co. (Lazarus Fabrics).

In 1979, Fred started Fred Krieger & Co., servicing the theatrical industry by creating innovative textiles that became widely used in theaters across the nation.

A Shared Vision Passed from One Generation to the Next

Fred’s son, Daniel Krieger, joined the business in 1983 after earning his MBA from NYU and gaining valuable experience in other industries. Dan continues to lead the company today, upholding his father’s honest and caring business ethic.

Expanding the Tradition
We are proud to expand Fred Krieger Fabrics into Krieger Textiles — broadening our offerings to better serve the evolving needs of our customers while staying true to the values and principles that have defined us for over four decades.

As the company has grown, more family members have joined the team, learning the textile business and helping Krieger Textiles carry forward the tradition of quality, innovation, and service.
